Growing our own organic fruits & vegetables wasn’t a luxury; it was a necessity. And it’s only after maturing & looking back on those years spent watching my parents toil on the farm to nourish their three hungry children that I realise just how blessed we were. Not only were their green thumbs an unstoppable force, but Mum & Dad’s desire to do the best for their family was evident in every prosperous tree, plant & shrub in our home

Through a combination of my Mother’s magnificent cooking, innovation with fruits & vegetables, preserves & wood fired baking & my Father’s butchering skills, wine making, distilling & masterful inventions, we were being fed like royalty.

This blessed upbringing bloomed within me a passion for food. The way we receive it, the way we share it & the way it brings us together.
Some things we learn, and some are simply in our blood. And I can honestly say that Mudgee Biscotti was born as a result of both what I have learned from a young age & of who we are as a family.
